All catering quote requests must be submitted at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your event date. This ensures our chefs have sufficient time to source premium fresh ingredients and prep your delicacies to perfection.

All catering orders are pickup-only. We do not offer delivery at this time. We will coordinate a convenient pickup time window with you at our kitchen location once your menu is finalized and confirmed.

No, we do not provide ice for drinks. Our crafted refreshments and yoghurts are prepared, packaged, and stored chilled, but customers are responsible for purchasing and supplying their own ice for serving setup.

Yes! You can specify any dietary notes, allergy concerns (e.g., peanut-free, gluten-free), or preferred spice levels in the "Dietary Notes & Special Requests" input box when submitting your quote. We will customize your dishes accordingly.

Hot delicacies (like Jollof Rice) are packaged in food-grade aluminum pans (Half or Full sizes) ready to be placed on chafing racks. Drinks are packaged in secure cups, bottles, or multi-serve gallons depending on your selection. Chafing trays and serving utensils are not included by default.

Because our catering orders are cooked fresh to order, cancellations or date adjustments must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time window. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a partial preparation fee.
